With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene Francis Sears of Apex, North Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. H. C. (Kit) and Floyd Sears; his siblings, Helen Seyer, Ruth Rogers, Dorothy Todd and Percy Sears; and his son-in-law Blair Harry.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his children, Debora, Kathy (Bob), Robert, Barbara and Lora (Bill); and his granddaughters, Jacqueline and Samantha (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in honor of Gene to Mt. Pisgah.
