He was predeceased by: his parents, Zoilo Viteri and Blanca Paredes Viteri. He is survived by: his wife Asiria Viteri; his daughter Hady Mottesi (Bill); his grandchildren, Gina and Marcelo Mottesi; and his siblings, Gladys, Chela, Ana Cristina, Carlos, Jorge, Gerardo and Manuel.
