He is survived by: his wife Treva Batten Lewis; his children, Nathan Shane Johnson, Shannon Lewis Chamblee (Lee) and Faith Lewis Webster; his sisters, Evelyn Wilkins and Anne Armstrong; his grandchildren, Cody Johnson (Darienne), Amber Kirkman (Josh), Jessica Webster, Lee Chamblee, Jr. (Payton), Amber Chamblee and Toby Chamblee; and his great grandchildren, Asher Johnson, Bennett Chamblee, Adam Kirkman, Austin Kirkman and Dominic Webster.
