We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 93, Eloise Jane Johnson (Apex, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermin Sallmen and Anna Kenstler Sallmen; her spouses, Reverend Jack L Roe and King David Johnson; her siblings, Evelyn Helm, Karen Thomas and Donald Sallmen; and her son-in-law Robert Valleau.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Roe (Julie Roe) of Holly Springs, NC, Colleen Roe-Valleau of Palatine, IL, Timothy C. Roe (Teri Roe) of Martinsburg, David A. Johnson (Tammy Johnson) of Palmetto, FL, Lynn Bester (David Bester) of Farmington, MN and Donald Johnson (Jodi Johnson) of Menomonie, WI.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Apex Funeral Home (550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are preferred to be sent to The Wake County Animal Shelter.
