It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Rittenhouse (Apex, North Carolina), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Earl Rittenhouse and Anne Buffinga Rittenhouse; and his brother John Rittenhouse. He is survived by: his wife Flora Bruce Rittenhouse; his children, Sarah Ball (Doug), Rachel DeBruin (Ted), Hannah Peakman (Jon) and Nathan Rittenhouse (Karen); his siblings, Steve Rittenhouse, Tom Rittenhouse, Ruth Nelson and Carol Olexa; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Robert, Laura, Levi, Jael, Addie, Maggie, Anna and Heidi.
