He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Miller and Betty Pennington Miller; and his sisters, Ann Bennet and Sharon Durham. He is survived by: his wife Sarah E. Miller; his stepchildren, Ashleigh, Joanna and Christopher; and his sister Tammi Cordova. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
