She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy V. Ray, Sr. and Mary-Lou Ray; and her sister Sandra. She is survived by: her husband Steve Swamp of Apex; her brother Billy Ray of Marietta, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Julie Townsend Myrtle Beach (John), Vicki Nadzam (Dave) and Michael Swamp (Kara). She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and other great nieces and great nephews as well aunts, uncles and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Cindy's name to House of Israel.
