She is survived by: her brothers, Elliot and Everett; her grandparents, Kristen, Robert Okerfelt of Duxbury, MA, Patricia Larason, Ravi Jaisinghani of Durham, NC, Don Clapsaddle and Candice Fonke of Lake Jackson, TX; her uncle Jake Okerfelt; her aunt Allison Merry; her cousins, Sophia, Jacob and Laura of Halifax, MA; her uncle Adam; her aunt Haruka Clapsaddle; her cousins, Aila and Reina of Osaka, Japan; her aunt Rachel; her uncle Kyle Frennea; and her cousins, Calliope and Thalia of Portland, OR..
In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions may be donated to adapt a swingset in Claire's honor so that kids of all abilities can enjoy the breeze in their hair while swinging.
