Charlene will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Mickey Sartin; daughter, Emily Caroline Sartin; son, Aaron Sartin; daughter-in-law, Grace Lee; parents Charles L. Byrd Sr. and Jewel Byrd; and brother Charles L. Byrd Jr. Charlene wanted no public service held until the end of the pandemic.
