Fogarty, Charles Fogarty (Alicia) and Gary Fogarty (Susan); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Fogarty, Chloe Fogarty, Stevie Fogarty, Becky Jacoby-Fogarty, Stephen Fogarty and Gary Michael Fogarty. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
