She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Bright and Fannie Josephine Yates Holland; and her son Steven Talmadge Mills. She is survived by: her husband James Talmadge Mills of Apex; her children, Gina Mills Farringer (Jeffrey) of Cary, Amy Mills Brenner (Jerry) of Vero Beach, Florida and Vincent James Mills (Tonya) of Orlando, Florida; and her grandchildren, Talmadge Farringer of New York, Garrett Farringer of Raleigh, Callen Farringer of San Francisco, Christinanna Mills, Gabrielle Mills and Isabella Mills.
