He is survived by: his wife Nichole Miller (Kerner); his son Evan; his parents, David Miller and Kay McKee Miller of Southport, NC; his sisters, Amanda Rothlein of Durham, NC and Laura Cissel (Chris); his niece Eliza; and his nephews, Michael and Max of Fort Mill, SC.
