He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elaine Parker; his daughter Tara Hester (Tommy) of Willow Spring; his stepdaughters, Samantha Mills of Angier, Elizabeth Wood and Lincoln of Angier; his siblings, Gale Stephenson (John) of Raleigh and Dale Parker of Louisburg; and his grandchildren, Taylor Hester, Tyler Hester, Makayla Norris, Waylon Mills and Chase Bridgers.
