Avent of Holly Springs; his close friend Yvonne Renfrow of Lillington; his siblings, Laura Wood (Les) of Holly Springs, Anthony Avent (Lisa) of Holly Springs and Matthew Avent (Glenda) of Holly Springs; his nieces and nephews, Christin Avent, Erica Hoskins (Tyler), Erin Wheeler (Chris), Garrett Wood (Morgan), Elaina Wood and Jenna Avent; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Greyson Avent, Lennon Montgomery, Kennedy Hoskins, Jordan Hoskins, Maret Wheeler and Brooks Wheeler.
