She is survived by: her children, Brian DeWayne Gandy of Angier and Elisa Suvon Gandy (Lacy "Bo" Buffaloe) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Remington "Chase" Mangum of Lillington and Kristen Elise Currin (Luke) of Fuquay-Varina; her great grandchildren, Kingston Luke Currin of Fuquay-Varina and Irie Elise Currin of Fuquay-Varina; her sister Jeneane Gaskin Birdsong of Shreveport, LA; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Ann Gray (Bill) of Dauphin Island, AL and Wanda Gandy of Shreveport, LA..
