She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Garrity and Bunnie Garrity; and her sister Kathleen Ellen Garrity. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Basham; her daughters, Jennifer Basham Werner (Paul Werner) of Lawrence, KS, Kelley Basham (Tim Cruickshank) of Brooklyn, NY and Sarah Basham (Antony Ramsden) of Vancouver, Canada; her grandchildren, William "Gray" and Jillian Werner; and her siblings, Patricia Garrity Curran of Crestwood, KY, Jane Garrity Ruggiero (Jim) of West Chester, PA and Michael Garrity (Elizabeth) of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
