He is survived by: his wife Julia Peed Owen; his children, Felecia Owen (Leila), Nelson Owen and Ashely Gilliam; his grandchildren, Trent Kistler (Biss), Brittany Wall (Phil) and Rebecca Wall; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kistler and Owen Kistler.
