She is survived by: her husband Phillip Howard; her children, Monique Johnson (Tim) and Ivan Howard (Brooke-Lynn); her siblings, Katie Sue Arnold, Betty Lou Hutsell, Janet Marie Hamilton, Frances Marion Turner and Tommy Kay White; and her grandchildren, Savannah, Skylar, Sadie and Sunny Johnson.
