With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Jones Hobby (Angier, North Carolina), who passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Esther Stubbs Jones and James Wilbur Jones; her husband James Gerald Hobby; and her brothers, James, Tommy, Billy and Bobby Jones.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Elizabeth Jones Gainor (Max); her sons, John Andrew Vincent (Brenda) and James Gerald Hobby, Jr. (Shannon); and her grandchildren, Johnathon Vincent (Kayce Page), Michael Nichols (Jessica), Mary Nichols, David Nichols, James Gerald Hobby, III (Hannah Voso) and Sarah Elizabeth Hobby. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
