He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Partin and Leola Partin; his wives, Janice Langdon Partin and Reecie Partin; and his siblings, Clarene Eason, Betty Price, Luther Partin, Jr and Richard Partin.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Powell (Ray) of Willow Spring and Kenneth Russell Partin (Beverly) of Angier; his sister Barbara Taylor of Angier; and his granddaughter Jessica Partin King (Brian). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
