He is survived by: his wife Lynda Turner Earp; his sister Angela Newton; his sons, Jeffrey Lee Earp Sr. (Lisa) of Fuquay Varina and Scott Collins Earp (Stephanie) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Lee Earp (Dawn) of Apex, Marlin Earp and Catherine Earp of Raleigh; and his great grandchildren, Marie, Sydney and Emerson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Elizabethtown Presbyterian Church.
