She was predeceased by: her parents, Furman Collins and Bertha Walton Collins; her husband Paul Woolard; her son Graham Franklin Howard, Jr.; and her siblings, Dr. Tom Collins, Joe Collins, Roena Honeycutt, Dottie Earp and Shirley VanStavern.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken Howard of Fuquay-Varina and Rudy Howard; her grandchildren, Melanie Ernst (Buck), Felecia Hipp (Greg), Frank Howard and Lane Howard; and her great grandchildren, Lauden Ernst, Rylee Ernst, Kolby Medlin and Wyatt Medlin.
