We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2024, at the age of 88, Robert John Owens (Angier, North Carolina), born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Owens and Virginia Owens; and his stepgrandchild Darby. He is survived by: his wife Donna F Owens; his son Bob Owens (Marisa); his grandchildren, Gina, Michael and Robby Owens; his daughters, Mary Owens and Theresa Euler (Alex); his grandchildren, Branden Mercier, Addison Mercier and Patricia Owens; his stepchild Kristen Girardi (Richard); his stepgrandchild Arden; his great grandchild Brielle; his siblings, Mary Bryan, Paul Owens (Carol), Tom Owens (Linda), Mike Owens (Pat), Terry Owens (Helen) and Ann Whitney (Lee); and also, Karen Casey (Jeff), Katelyn and Colton.
The family wishes that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, St. Jude's children's hospital, the SPCA, or The Nature Conservatory, all of which were charities near/dear to Bob's heart.
