We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2023, at the age of 94, Richard Leroy Wells of Angier, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Sydna Herndon Wells; his son Ricky Wells; and his siblings, Herndon Wells, Jack Wells, Dorothy Carson and Ardelle Deaton.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Wells; his sons, Bob Wells (Eva Lena) of Sweden and Dexter Wells (Cathy) of Greer, SC; his daughter-in-law Lillian Wells of Angier; his grandchildren, Victoria, Mark, Daniel, Brady, Taylor and Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Addison, Taylor and James.
