He is survived by: his children, Urssula, Leslie Waters of Baltimore, MD., Shirley Mitchell of Lillington, Melissa Goins (Edward) of Lillington, Sharon Smith of Lillington, Carla Judd (Daryl) of Lillington, Gale Spearman (Jeff) of Lillington, Petrina McLean (Lenwood) of Lillington, Tressa McLean (Anthony) of Lillington, Colin of Baltimore, MD. and Christopher Waters of Baltimore, MD.; his siblings, Ava Waters of Baltimore, MD. and Greg Waters of Baltimore, MD.; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Kelly (Louis) of Lillington, Yvonne Melvin of Lillington, Barbara McIver of Lillington, Shernita Kelly of Lillington, Edward McDougald (Vivian) of Lillington and Earl McDougald (Louana) of Broadway. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
