He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Graham and Annie Elizabeth Rupe Hay; and his child Paige Byrd (Troy) of Benson. He is survived by: his wife Laura P. Hay; his daughters, Paula Parker (Troy) of Benson, Tanya Hay of Florida and Tammy H. Thomas of Florida; his grandchildren, Adam Fields, Dalton Thomas, Madison Byrd, Amber Thomas, Reagan Byrd, Kennedy Byrd, Caleb Parker and Seth Parker; his great grandchild Taylor Fields; and his siblings, Janice Walker of Kentucky and Lloyd Hay of West Virginia.
