She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Jackson and Eliza "Jeanette" Jackson; her husband Millard "Bob" Roberts Currin, Sr.; her siblings, Iris Harrison, Ada Upchurch, Jean Harper, Kenneth Jackson and Thomas Jackson; and her close friend Doris McLeod.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy C. Bertrand (Andre) of Angier, Jeanette C. Strickland (Ray) of Lillington and Millard "Bobby" Roberts Currin, Jr. (Rita) of Angier; her grandchildren, Allison Rice (Matthew) of Fayetteville, Amber Benton (Noah) of Angier, Jamie Fields (Sam) of Garner, Kasey Glover (Nick) of Lillington and Jackson Currin of Angier; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Connor, Caroline Rice of Fayetteville, Elijah, Evelyn Benton of Angier, Luke, Julianna, Jacob Fields of Garner, Nicholas and Charlotte Garner of Nashville; her grandchildren, Colson and Simon Glover of Lillington; her sister-in-law Helen Currin of Wilmington; her special doctor Dr. C. Alan Eure of Raleigh; and her close friend Jolene Altman of Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
