He is survived by: his wife Cindy Harper; his children, Heather Savage (Daniel) of Angier, Melissa Turner (John) of Willow Spring, Tammy Desjardins (Dave) of Spokane, WA and James Harper (Stevie) of Groton, NY; and his sister Roberta Ludgate of Dryden, NY.
