It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Y. Beasley of Angier, North Carolina, who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Beasley; her parents, Willie H. Young and Alpha Denning Young; and her siblings, Larry Young, Jake Young, Willie Young, Claude Young, Bessie Beasley and Vada Barbour.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Taylor (Dean) of Raleigh and Susan Lagle (Owen) of Denver; her granddaughters, Sarah Taylor and Makayla Bullock; her son-in-law Steve Bullock; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Young of Knightdale and Flora Young of Angier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
