He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Owen and Mamie Holland Owen; his former wife Louise Dixon Owen; and his brother Willard Owen. He is survived by: his wife Janis Owen; his daughters, Pamela Owen, Kimberly Owen Ennis (Todd), Denise Owen Senter and Becky Butts; his grandchildren, Jonathan Ennis, Lynsi Owen Stewart (Thomas), Haley Senter, Jennifer Ennis Keller (Ian) and Tatum Senter; his great grandchildren, Trent Stewart and Josalynn Scales; and his brother Lee Owen (Sue).
