He is survived by: his wife Gail Altman Fish; his daughter Stephanie Fish Jenkins (Jim) of Pinehurst; his grandchildren, Brittany Jenkins of Chapel Hill and Connor Jenkins of New York City; his brothers, Larry Fish (Gailya) of Willow Spring, J. D and Kevin Fish (Teresa) of Willow Spring; and his brother-in-law Jerry Altman (Connie) of Sanford.
