He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Weaver and Gertrude Adams Weaver; his wife Mary Duncan Weaver; his great grandchild James McMillion; and his brother Owen Gene Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy W. Pope (Kevin) of Angier; his grandchildren, Matthew Pope (Amy) and Amy McMillion (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Jacob Pope, David Pope and Kai McMillion; and his brother Gerald Weaver.
