He was predeceased by: his mother Winifred Baines Bischof. He is survived by: his father Carl Charles Bischof; his wife Carrie Bischof; his children, Harrison, Ethan, Anna Bischof, Saint Bernards, Charlotte and Coco; his siblings, Susan Lamore (Mike), Roseann Henke (Tom), Janet Gray (Ruble), Jerry (Karen), Dan (Margaret) and Tim Bischof (Dayna); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Frank (Chuck) and Jeff Bischler (Wendy); his close friend Chuck; his godchildren, Amy Wrightson and Andrew Lamore; and his nieces and nephews, Paige Bischler, Allison Frank, Brett Bischler and Clayton Frank (Colleen).
When John tested positive for Covid, his transplanted kidney was the first thing attacked. From there Covid settled in his lungs, and he was unable to recover.
John was an all-around exceptional father and considered his kids his greatest contribution to the world.
