She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Wade Mabry, Sr. and Katie Adams Mabry; and her sister Susette Windsor. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith; her sons, Roderick Smith (Robbin) of Rocky Point and Keith Smith (Joanne) of Angier; her grandson Dylan Smith of Rocky Point; and her siblings, Tona Gaines (Homer) of Atlanta, GA and Julian Mabry, Jr. of Angier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Chalybeate Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 238 Chalybeate Rd. Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.
