He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayland Taft Fish and Reba Adeline Adams Fish; his former wife Hilda Jean Barker; his siblings, Doris "Jean" Walker and Stanley Fish; and his brother-in-law James Earl Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Hollie Ann Vanderlei of Willow Spring and Rheth Alexander Fish of Eden; his sister Lorena "Rena" Goodwin (Calvin) of New Hill; and his grandchildren, Charisse Blackwell, Destiny Fish and Maliyah Fish. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
