He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wallace, Jr. and Betty Blue Currin Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Sawyer Wallace; his daughters, Sonya Wallace Piper (Billy) and Melissa Wallace; his close friend Heather Drake; his stepgrandsons, William and Michael Piper; his brother O. B. Wallace (Betty Lou); and his nephews, Patrick Wallace and Travis Wallace (Cassie). He is also survived by two great-nephews, two great-nieces, and several other special nieces, nephews and cousins.
