She was predeceased by: her parents, John Denning and Vada Denning; and her brother James Denning. She is survived by: her husband William Thomas Woodard Sr (Bill); her children, Gail Woodard of Angier, NC, Patricia Woodard of Angier, NC, Deborah Jones of New Bern, NC, Kathy Woodard and William Thomas Woodard Jr. (Lisa J. Woodard); her grandchildren, Stephen Jones of Avondale, Penn, Courtney Keith (Joey Keith), Tina Brooks (Harry) and Dakota Johnson of Raleigh; her great grandchild Noah Jones of Oxford, Penn; her granddaughter Holly Brooks of Alliance, NC; and her brother Stanley Denning of Raleigh, NC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park located 2911 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603 In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Garner Church of God or Transitions Life Care Hospice Center of Wake County.
