He is survived by: his mother Frances Austin of Garner; his sisters, Sally Champion of Angier, Cindy Willis of Lillington, Caroline Austin of Durham, Lynne Lawhorn (Dennis) of Clayton and Nancy Helms (Chris) of Siler City; his children, Sheena Walker, Amanda Austin, Alison Austin, Frances Austin, Holly Austin and Adam Austin; and his grandchildren, Shyanne, Savannah, Preston, Ryder, Waylon, Layla, Noah and Brantley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews along with many great nieces and nephews.
