He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Dupree and Ila Mae Myatt Dupree; his wife Ada Dupree; his children, Donald Dupree and Denise Kissel; and his siblings, Rebecca Smith, Willie Mae Mills, Emma Penny Walton, Willis and Clifton Dupree.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Pearce (Roger); his sisters, Mary Belle Denson and Nell Williams; his grandchildren, Kim Duff (Stacy Hobson), Johnathan Smith, Brian Braswell (Jami), Amber Rogerson (Sean), Nicole Elliott (Jason) and Nathan Dupree (Tabitha); and his great grandchildren, Dallas, Hannah, Mia, Bryson, Collin, Benjamin, Kayleigh, Autumn, Conner, Ethan, Leah and Gavin.
