With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Glimore (Angier, North Carolina), who passed away on June 19, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garman Hackney Poole and Mary Hester Poole; her husband George Thomas Gilmore; her daughter Wanda Jean Green; and her siblings, Maggie Pardo, Virginia Sanderford, Cindy Smith, Margaret Jordan, Thomas "Buck" Poole and Robert Poole.
She is survived by: her daughter Georgia Gilmore Higgins (Dennis); her siblings, Peggy Hessman, Jesse Poole and Billy Poole; her grandsons, B. T. Higgins (Jeni), Joe Higgins (Tayler) and Brian Bradshaw (Tammy); and her great grandchildren, Chloe Jayde Higgins and Wyatt Thomas Higgins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
