He is survived by: his wife Faye Johnson Clack; his children, Lisa Johnson (Michael) of Fuquay-Varina and Ricky Clack (Deanna) of Garner; his sister Doris Williams of Fuquay-Varina; and his grandchildren, Carrington Clack, Lauren Johnson, Connor Clack and Mason Johnson.
