We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2022, at the age of 93, Dorothy Lawrence Mann (Angier, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving E. Lawrence and Gladys A. Lawrence; her husband Lawrence Truman Mann; and her brothers, Dr. Irvin Lawrence, Jr. and Albert Lawrence.

She is survived by: her children, Jean M. Higgins (Jesse) of Apex, Betty M. Phillips (Joel) of Apex, Lawrence T. Mann, Jr. (Linda) of Raleigh and Steve Mann of Apex; her sister Marie Beasley of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Jessica Link (Kevin), Jacquelyn Yanik (Luke), Austin Higgins (Kris) and Seth Higgins; her stepgrandchildren, Macy Bruner (Jay) and Morgan Fowler (Bobby); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lennon Bruner, Hayden Fowler and Ellis Fowler; and also, Wanda, Barbara, Sheree, Sherri, Amy and Asher.
