He is survived by: his mother Donna Lawrence Riewestahl; his sons, Justin Riewestahl (Charlotte) and Jamie Riewestahl (Megan); his siblings, Heather Flowers (Scott), Keith Riewestahl (Delores) and Andy Riewestahl (Beverly); and his grandsons, Richard Conrad Riewestahl, Henry Garrett Riewestahl and Hudson Chase Riewestahl. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
