He was predeceased by: his father William Leacock. He is survived by: his wife Teresa V. Bushman; his siblings, William B. Leacock, Debra Tackett and Karen Stephany; his pets, Booger, Dica and Bennie; and his mother Vivian Leacock. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
