He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Clayton Porter and Janie Sudie Adkins Porter. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Faye Gilchrist Porter; his children, Robert Anthony Porter, David Clay Porter and Gina Porter Morin (Michael); his sisters, Iris Porter Herring and Sue Porter Thomas (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jonathan Neal Smith (Jasmine Kamel Smith), Jessica Marie Smith, Nicolas Clay Porter and Natasha Faye Porter; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Star Lanning, Elijah Neal Smith and Lucas-Henry Alexander Smith.
