She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie V. Langdon and Lillie Bullock Langdon; her husband Bobby Dean Byrd; and her siblings, Mary Frances Langdon Fletcher, V. Lloyd Langdon, Charles W. Langdon, David Bruce Langdon and Thomas Harold Langdon.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Dean Byrd (Shawn) of Angier and Kristey B. Darroch (Hank) of Bunnlevel, NC; her grandchildren, Anthony D. Byrd (Amanda), Andrew L. Byrd (Morgan), Matthew I. Darroch, Ashley D. Lawson (Connor) and Madison T. Byrd; her great grandchildren, Adalyn I. Byrd, Austin D. Byrd and Aliza Jane Byrd; her siblings, Peggy L. Williams of Garner, NC, Roscoe Langdon (Linda) of Garner, NC and Bobby Langdon (Elaine) of Matthews, NC; her sister-in-law Betsy Langdon of Clayton, NC; and her close friend Eunice Peterson (Terry Byrd) of Benson, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
