He was predeceased by: his daughter Katelyn Mae Westbrook; and his grandparents, Harold, Willa Mae Wooten, Dempsey and Minnie Mae Westbrook.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Zachary and Ashley; his mother Linda Wooten Burcham; his aunt Sherry Wooten; his uncle Hal Wooten; his father Charles F Westbrook Sr.; his aunt Donna Westbrook; and his mother-in-law Linda Strickland.
