It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Lockhart Robinson of Angier, North Carolina, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Amend Foote and Pearl Grace Scott; her husband George P. Robinson, Jr.; her children, Adrianne King and Reed Lockhart; and her sisters, Norma McCullough and Muriel Parmeter.
She is survived by: her children, Marianne L. Gilbert (Tommy) of Angier, Edward "Randy" Lockhart (Karen) of Morehead City, Richard Lockhart (Gretchen) of Little River, SC, Cindy Ebert (John) of Newport, Kelly Zeigler (Ray) of Hampton, VA and Tracey Bayliss (Richard) of Morehead City; and her grandchildren, Thomas Gilbert of Fuquay-Varina, Damon Lockhart (Hannah) of August, GA, Kim Holt (Tim) of Apex, Kenny Gilliland of New Bern, Kristine Wilkins (Greg) of Middlesex, Krissy Garner (Jason) of Newport, Michael Zeigler (Andrea) of Midlothian, VA, Nathan Zeigler (Lauren) of Midlothian, VA and Amber Horne of Houston, TX. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are encouraged to practice social distancing and wear a face mask to the viewing and graveside service.
