He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Mooney (Rick) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Tyson Mooney (Meredith) of Durham, Melissa Heath (Travis) of Dunn and Caleb Mooney (Jana) of Hickory; and his great grandchildren, Zoeyjane Marie Gerraghty, Alexander Remi Canales, Hendrix Rane Canales and Luke Arthur Mooney.
