He is survived by: his children, Billy Smith of Toledo, Michael Smith (Ashley) of Brasstown, Erica Adams (Corey) of Toledo and Shannon Smith of Toledo, Ohio; his grandchildren, Abby, Caleb, Mackenzie, Justus and Isabella; and his pet Duke.
